Acabei de ler “The Lost Soul” no dia 30 de agosto de 2012. Dou-lhe três estrelas.
Não me vou alongar nesta opinião, pois não há muito a dizer. Basicamente este foi um livro onde as pontas soltas foram atadas, tais como o regresso do pai de Lilly, a travessia do fantasma de Ruby agora com Monty, Sammy junta-se à fada que regressa ao seu mundo… A única novidade consistiu em Calliope, que acabou por se tornar “boa” no final.
Além de ser um bocado previsível, tudo acabou sempre em bem, talvez pelo público-alvo a que a história se dirige. Como é uma narrativa para leitores mais jovens, talvez tenha sido por isso que demorei mais a chegar ao fim da leitura, por me parecer demasiado jovial e conveniente.

I finished reading "The Lost Soul" on August 30, 2012. I rate it three stars.
I will not lengthen this opinion, because there isn’t much to say. Basically this was a book where the loose ends were tied, such as the return of the father of Lilly, the crossing of Ruby’s ghost now with Monty, Sammy joins the fairy who returns to her world... The only novelty was Calliope, who eventually became "good" at the end.

Besides being a bit predictable, it always ended well, maybe because of the readers that the story is meant to. As it is a tale for younger readers, perhaps that’s why it took me longer to get to the end of the reading; it seemed too breezy and convenient to me.
